About

Maggie D. Green’s legal practice focuses on estate planning and probate services for individuals and families in Minnesota.
Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Maggie graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she studied Theology and played on the women’s tennis team. During her time at ND, she also signed up for various service programs at the campus community based learning center (Center for Social Concerns). From caring for children at the Infant and Maternal Home in Hyattsville, Maryland to organizing programs and services for low-income residents at the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition in the Southern California desert, Maggie found great satisfaction in helping less fortunate individuals.
These adventures coupled with her desire to learn about the law, drew Maggie to the University of St. Thomas School of Law where students and faculty were, “dedicated to integrating faith and reason in the search for truth through a focus on morality and social justice.”
Her passion for estate planning began during her time working with clients in the Elder Law Clinic at the University of St. Thomas. The experience of working with elderly clients and volunteering with the MSBA Wills for Heroes program further confirmed Margaret’s desire to pursue a career in estate planning.
Her motivating goal is to ensure that each client feels completely satisfied throughout the estate planning, trust administration or probate process. Client satisfaction is achieved through Maggie’s personalized approach, her competent advice, and reasonable fees.
To complement her estate planning and trust administration services, Maggie Green provides closely held business and real estate advice for individuals and families in Minnesota.
